Dragon's Way Qigong® will show you how your body can heal itself if you follow the laws of nature. The laws of nature are explained in the five elements theory of consciousness: wood, metal, earth, water and fire. The class delves into the five-elements so you can understand the movements and how traditional chinese medicine views emotions.
If you enjoy traveling, you know that exploring new places involves carrying your bags and suitcases, walking distances, and getting quality sleep while away. Are you able to do this or have you lost chances to go somewhere fun because you knew you couldn't keep up?
