Your Holistic Journey to Self-Care and Healing
Some people believe that Qigong is just Asian “woo woo” that isn't based on anything real.
Unfortunately, some people do not know that the ancient practice of Qigong or “Energy Work” pre-dates, by a few thousand years, the Western science of Physics, more precisely, quantum mechanics.
Quantum mechanics? Isn’t that what Albert Einstein studied?
Yes, it is, as did, for example, Nicola Tesla, Stephen Hawking, Niels Bohr, David Bohm, and Erwin Schrödinger, among many others.
Einstein’s famous formula E=MC2 is the key to understanding Qigong. Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners believed that, as later theorized by Einstein, everything is energy or Qi (chee), and this Qi flows invisibly in our bodies over pathways called meridians. When energy is moving quickly, it is invisible, and when energy slows down, it turns into visible matter. At the sub-atomic level, there is a dynamic called “quantum entanglement” of energy frequency and Einstein knew about this, too, as did the Chinese, but he didn’t understand it and called it “spooky action at a distance.”
In my Dragon's Way Qigong® class, students will learn that when our Qi, which is our life force, is abundant and flows easily and without obstruction over the invisible meridians in our bodies, we can heal, find balance, and live a full and healthy life. In this qigong program, there is a wellness plan for enhancing Qi in everyone who attends.
Please join us on this journey of a thousand years.

In Dragon's Way Qigong®, we believe that the body can heal itself and my class combines Tao philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and ten ancient Wu Ming Qigong movements to help you reach your goals.
