"I participated in the 6 week course of Dragon's Way Qigong with Marlene. I looked forward to our weekly meetings and it was interesting to learn the specifics of healthy eating, proper exercise and the overall benefits derived from following the Dragon's Way. Refreshing that it did not include a restrictive diet plan. We met on Sunday mornings and on Monday mornings my energy level was well above normal. This course provided me with a physical and emotional boost and I would recommend it to anyone."
