Many years ago, I studied Taiji (Tai Chi) and enjoyed practicing this graceful yet powerful martial art. With new family responsibilities, I lost the time I needed for quality practices to continue. When I discovered Grand Master Nan Lu and his Dragon's Way Qigong® program, I knew it was no accident. I had found a natural wellness program that I did not realize I needed. Essentially, the program found me.
Qigong is believed to be the grandmother of Taiji. The basic concept for both is that we all have Qi (chee), which is our vital energy life force that travels over invisible meridians in our bodies to maintain organ function, add to our immunities, and provide general well-being. Qi has its own consciousness and communicates with our body and with the Qi in our world and universe. Keeping our Qi at its highest and best level is an essential part of Dragon's Way Qigong® and Traditional Chinese Medicine and we do it through foods, energy exercise, meditation, and understanding and managing our emotions. On a personal level, I am 20 lbs lighter since beginning my own journey!
I am grateful that I am a Dragon's Way Qigong® Certified Instructor under Grand Master Nan Lu and his lineage. I learn from him still through classes and intensive retreats because there is so much more to understand. And I find it rewarding to share my knowledge with you as you look to find your own Dragon inside!
Do you have extra weight, stiff joints, poor balance, insomnia, digestive issues, chronic pain? Please join me on a special journey in the Year of the Dragon to better health and wellness in one of my courses. Next classes TBA.
