Security services, payment processing and customer support, and email is provided by our data management vendor and third-party payment processor, Go Daddy Operating Company LLC.  Virtual online communications for services and the presentation of courses are provided by Zoom Communications, Inc. We use and require Go Daddy Operating Company LLC [1] and Zoom Communications, Inc. [2] to use reasonable and appropriate security practices to safeguard your information. 

We collect your name, email, payment details, and IP address as necessary when you register for a service or course. This data is used to accept and process payment, make any refund, provide virtual online services and courses, and contact you with relevant information about the service or course. 

Data provided in a registration is encrypted and temporarily held only for payment and/or refund purposes for the duration of the related service or course. If you pay using credit card, we and our third-party payment processor may collect financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. We retain personal data for our business needs and to comply with law.

We use the data collected to process registrations and refunds; provide the services requested; and initiate and respond to communications. 

We do not sell, lease, rent, share or transfer personal data to third parties for monetary or other consideration. 

We do not knowingly collect personal data about anyone under 18 without permission from their legal guardian. 

Our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to automatically collect and store other information about your visit to, or use of, our online services. We do not use cookies or similar technologies and are not privy to information that our service providers may collect.

We may revise this global privacy notice by posting a revised statement at the same location as this Notice.
