Some people believe that Qigong is just Asian “woo woo” that offers no benefit to people in 2026. But this is not accurate.
The ancient practice of Qigong or “Energy Work” is based on, and pre-dates by a few thousand years, the Western science of Physics, more precisely, quantum mechanics.
Quantum mechanics?
Yes, the same science that Albert Einstein, Nicola Tesla, Stephen Hawking, Niels Bohr, David Bohm, and Erwin Schrödinger studied. Einstein’s famous formula E=MC2 is the key to understanding Qigong. Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners believed that, as later theorized by Einstein, everything is energy or Qi (chee), and this Qi flows invisibly in our bodies over pathways called meridians.
In my Dragon's Way Qigong® class, you will learn that when our Qi life force is abundant and flows easily and without obstruction throughout our bodies, we can heal, find balance, and live a full and healthy life. In my Qigong program, you receive a complete wellness plan for enhancing Qi that you can take with you anywhere at anytime.

In our exclusive Zoom format, you choose the day and time of the week that is best for you to meet in a private class. You can set up a class for each of the six weeks between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm EST and I will guide you through the course with discussion, instruction and practice to help you reach your full potential.
