The Lunar New Year begins on February 10, 2024 and it will be the Year of the Dragon. Out of all the animals represented on the Chinese calendar, the Dragon is the only mythical being. However, the question is whether the Dragon is indeed mythical or, rather, whether it is a real animal existing in another reality -- invisible to us now. The interesting thing is that many ancient cultures make reference to Dragons, which makes you wonder - were there Dragons in our reality thousands of years ago? To make 2024 even more exciting, this year belongs to the "Wood" Dragon. With wood being a flexible and strong element, visionary leaders, innovators, and creatives will flourish under this auspicious symbol and it will be a wonderful time for people to collaborate, embrace their passions. and focus on their well-being.

Dragon's Way Qigong® is a time-tested program for people who are serious about finding or regaining balance in a world filled with stress and anxiety.
Dragon's Way Qigong® provides the health benefits of an ancient Chinese practice that combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tao, and Wu Ming Qigong Movements. This program goes beyond those classes that show you a few flowing movements that are like a physical exercise in the visible world. Dragon's Way Qigong® gives you a complete set of energy exercise forms meant to stretch, twist, open and unblock your meridians for the free flow of Qi in the invisible world of your body.
In addition, this Qigong program explains the Five Element Theory (earth, metal, wood, fire, water) to show how your body and organs are connected to each other and to the outside world, and teaches how the seasons, foods, and most of all, your emotions, profoundly affect your health and wellness.

We all know that the aging process advances quickly once your joints, tendons and ligaments lose their vitality. Dragon's Way Qigong® is meant to keep you moving and enjoying a healthy life. Even if you are fit or have no physical complaints, this program offers you a time-tested way to enhance your immunity, prevent illness, and feel younger as time goes by.
This Dragon's Way Qigong course is held for one hour and fifteen minutes each week for six weeks (7.5 hrs). We gently stretch to begin and meditate to conclude each class. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. All forms are standing movements.
On finishing the course, it will be yours for your lifetime, to practice at any time, anywhere, at any age. No studio, gym or equipment needed.
